Build editor

During the Shop phase, arrange items and bags in the Inventory. Items must fit inside the available bag space; their marked stars affect what is placed on those cells. The toolbar offers Inventory undo (Ctrl+Z) and Inventory redo (Ctrl+Y) to revise a placement.
